telecommunications, healthcare, banking, and government solutions. Worked as a developer, team lead, and independent consultant
on projects in Europe, the Americas, Turkey, Jordan, Palestine, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia—playing a key role in designing and
implementing advanced digital platforms compliant with global interoperability standards.

Contributed to national-scale initiatives and is known for meticulous planning and execution, with the ability to handle complex infrastructure and demanding operational requirements.
16+ years in Microsoft (.NET) and SQL Server. Contributed to major projects in KSA since 2008. Skilled in desktop and web development using ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET) with experience in databases, PHP, and Flutter.
15+ years in systems and UI development. Designed and integrated ERP and POS, extensive experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL. Strong Agile background; led payment integrations, UI customization, and integration with systems such as SAP and HR.
Flutter apps integrated with Laravel APIs across e-commerce, restaurants, and medical warehouses; experience with Firebase, React Native, and MS SQL.
Strong academic background with hands-on development using Laravel, Django, and React. Worked on smart-city style projects in Turkey (waste-management and route optimization using AI). Experienced in Prompt Engineering and data analysis.
